Terms of Use / 利用規約
These Terms of Use outline the conditions for utilizing the “Aikido Travel” website (hereinafter “the Site”) and related services (hereinafter “the Services”), operated by Moku Joint LLC (hereinafter “the Company”). All users are kindly asked to read and understand these Terms before using the Services.
本規約は、無空合同会社（以下「当社」）が運営する「Aikido Travel」ウェブサイト（以下「本サイト」）および関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。利用者の皆さまには、本規約をご理解の上、ご利用いただきますようお願いいたします。
Article 1 (Definitions)
第１条（定義）
(1) The Services: The services and related offerings operated by the Company
（１）本サービス：当社が運営するサービス及び関連するサービス
(2) The Site: The website where content related to the Services is published
（２）本サイト：本サービスのコンテンツが掲載されたウェブサイト
(3) The Content: Text, audio, images, video, software, code, etc. (includes submitted content)
（３）本コンテンツ：文字、音、静止画、動画、ソフトウェアプログラム、コード等の総称（投稿情報を含む）
(4) User: All individuals who use the Services
（４）利用者：本サービスを利用する全ての方
(5) Registered User: Individuals who have completed user registration for the Site
（５）登録利用者：本サイトの利用者登録が完了した方
(6) ID: Unique character string assigned to a Registered User
（６）ＩＤ：登録利用者が固有に持つ文字列
(7) Password: Encrypted code uniquely set by the Registered User
（７）パスワード：ＩＤに対応して登録利用者が固有に設定する暗号
(8) Personal Information: Information that can identify an individual
（８）個人情報：住所、氏名、職業、電話番号等個人を特定することのできる情報
(9) Registration Information: Information registered on the Site (excluding submitted content)
（９）登録情報：登録利用者が本サイトにて登録した情報の総称（投稿情報は除く）
(10) Intellectual Property: Creations, trademarks, trade names, useful technical/business information
（１０）知的財産：創造的活動によるもの、商標、商号、営業秘密等
(11) Intellectual Property Rights: Patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.
（１１）知的財産権：法令により定められた知的財産に係る権利または法的保護利益
Article 2 (Agreement to Terms)
第２条（本規約への同意）
(1) Users must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
（１）利用者は本規約の定めに従って当サービスを利用しなければなりません。
(2) Use of the Services constitutes valid and irrevocable consent.
（２）当サービスの利用によって本規約に有効かつ取消不能な同意をしたものとみなされます。
(3) Minors must obtain legal guardian consent.
（３）未成年者である場合は、親権者その他の法定代理人の同意を得て利用してください。
(4) False declarations by minors invalidate the right to revoke.
（４）同意があると偽った場合など、法律行為を取り消すことは出来ません。
(5) Continued use by adults confirms prior legal actions.
（５）成年に達した後に本サービスを利用した場合、法律行為を追認したものとみなされます。
Article 3 (Changes to Terms)
第３条（規約の変更）
(1) The Company may revise these Terms at any time without the user's consent.
（１）当社は、利用者の承諾を得ることなく、いつでも、本規約の内容を改定することができるものとし、利用者はこれを異議なく承諾するものとします。
(2) Revisions will be announced through methods determined by the Company.
（２）当社は、本規約を改定するときは、その内容について当社所定の方法により利用者に通知します。
(3) Such revisions take effect upon notification.
（３）改定後の本規約は、当社が通知を行った時点から効力を生じるものとします。
(4) Continued use of the Services implies agreement to the updated Terms.
（４）利用者が、本規約の改定後に本サービスを利用した場合には、当該利用者は、改定後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Article 4 (User Registration)
第４条（利用者登録）
(1) Some content may be viewed without registration, but submission functions require login.
（１）本サービスのうち、セミナー情報や道場情報の閲覧などは登録なしでも利用できますが、セミナー登録機能やリクエストフォームの利用などはログインが必要です。
(2) Applicants must agree to these Terms and apply via the specified method.
（２）利用者登録希望者（以下「申請者」といいます。）は、本規約に同意の上、所定の方法により申請するものとします。
(3) Upon approval and ID completion, the individual becomes a Registered User.
（３）申請が当社に受理され、当社がＩＤを登録した時点で申請者は登録利用者となります。
(4) The Company may send emails regarding updates, ads, or communications.
（４）当社は登録利用者に対して、利用サービスに関する告知、当社からの広告・宣伝などの情報を、電子メールその他の手段により通知することがあります。
(5) The Company may reject applications for reasons including:
（５）以下のいずれかに該当する場合、当社は申請者の申請を拒否することがあります：
(a) Improper application procedures
（ａ）申請方法が適切でない場合
(b) Prior violations or expulsions
（ｂ）過去に当社の規約等に違反し、利用停止等の処分を受けた場合
(c) Fraudulent registration
（ｃ）虚偽の申請であることが判明した場合
(d) Third-party impersonation
（ｄ）第三者の情報で登録を試みた場合
(e) Other reasons deemed inappropriate by the Company
（ｅ）その他当社が不適切と判断した場合
Article 5 (Account Management)
第５条（アカウント情報の管理）
(1) Users must manage registered information responsibly and may not lend, transfer, or sell it.
（１）利用者は、登録情報（メールアドレス、ＩＤ、パスワード等）を自己の責任において管理し、これを第三者に貸与、譲渡、売買その他の形で利用させてはなりません。
(2) Use via registered credentials is deemed use by the registered individual.
（２）当社は、ＩＤとパスワードの組み合わせが登録情報と一致してログインされた場合、登録者本人による利用とみなします。
(3) Users are liable for damages resulting from misuse.
（３）登録情報の管理不備、使用上の過失、第三者の使用等により損害が生じた場合、利用者がその責任を負うものとします。
(4) The Company is not responsible for losses due to false or inaccurate registration.
（４）登録情報の不備、虚偽等によって生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
(5) Suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
（５）不正利用が疑われる場合、利用者は速やかに当社に連絡し、当社の指示に従うものとします。
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
第６条（禁止事項）
Users must not engage in the following activities:
利用者は、次の行為をしてはならないものとします：
(1) Infringement of intellectual property rights
（１）他者の知的財産権の侵害行為
(2) Defamation or discriminatory speech
（２）他者を誹謗中傷する行為、差別的な表現
(3) Property infringement or threats thereof
（３）他者の財産権を侵害する行為、またはその恐れのある行為
(4) Economic harm to the Company or third parties
（４）当社または第三者に経済的損害を与える行為
(5) Threats or intimidation
（５）他者に対する脅迫的な言動
(6) Use or distribution of harmful programs or data
（６）有害なプログラムやデータの利用・配布
(7) Excessive burden on servers or infrastructure
（７）サーバー等に過度な負担をかける行為
(8) Attacks on Company systems or networks
（８）当社のシステムやネットワークを攻撃する行為
(9) Unauthorized access via external tools or interfaces
（９）外部ツール等を通じて不正にアクセスする行為
(10) Creating or using multiple user accounts improperly
（１０）複数のＩＤを不正に取得・利用する行為
(11) Posting false or misleading information
（１１）虚偽の情報を掲載する行為
(12) Misuse of submission forms to harm others or post false facility data
（１２）登録フォームを悪用して第三者を誹謗中傷したり、虚偽の施設情報を掲載する行為
(13) Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company
（１３）その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
第７条（免責事項）
(1) The Company is not liable for interruptions or changes to the Services.
（１）本サービスの変更、中断または終了によって生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
(2) The Company is not responsible for the user's usage environment.
（２）利用者の利用環境に関して、当社は関与しません。
(3) No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free operation.
（３）本サービスに不具合やウイルス等が存在しないことを保証するものではありません。
(4) No guarantee of fitness for particular purpose or legal compliance.
（４）利用者の目的への適合性、法令への適合性について保証するものではありません。
(5) Content and diagrams may contain errors and are subject to change.
（５）掲載される内容・図解等には誤りがある可能性があり、事前の予告なく変更される場合があります。
(6) Costs incurred by usage (e.g. repair) are borne by the user.
（６）利用に関して生じた費用（機器修理等）は、利用者の負担とします。
(7) Compatibility across all devices is not guaranteed.
（７）端末環境によっては表示不具合が生じる可能性があり、その互換性は保証されません。
(8) Platform policies may affect service availability.
（８）サービスの提供状況はAppStore、Google Play等のプラットフォームに依存する場合があり、当社はそれに関して責任を負いません。
(9) The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages.
（９）本サービスの利用によって生じた損害（直接・間接を問わず）について、当社は責任を負いません。
(10) No liability even if advised in advance.
（１０）損害発生の可能性について事前に通知されていた場合でも、責任を負いません。
(11) Exceptions apply in cases of intentional misconduct or under consumer protection laws.
（１１）但し、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合、及び消費者契約法上免責が認められない場合にはこの限りではありません。
(12) No liability for special damages arising from negligence.
（１２）過失によって利用者に生じた特別損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
(13) Liability is capped at the monthly fee paid by the user.
（１３）当社が責任を負う場合、その責任の範囲は、当該利用者から当該月に受領した利用料金の額を上限とします。
(14) The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.
（１４）利用者間の紛争について、当社は一切関知しません。
(15) Users are responsible for resolving claims from third parties.
（１５）第三者からの苦情、請求等に対しては、利用者自身が解決するものとします。
(16) Users must compensate the Company for damages caused, including legal fees.
（１６）利用者による本規約違反等により当社が損害を被った場合は、当社は当該利用者に損害賠償（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）を請求できるものとします。
(17) Disclaimer regarding affiliate links: Information is prepared with care but not guaranteed.
（１７）アフィリエイトリンクに関する注意書き：本サイトに掲載される情報は信頼性・正確性に配慮して作成されていますが、保証するものではありません。
(18) External service use is outside Company's responsibility.
（１８）掲載リンク先の外部サービス（宿泊予約サイト等）に関する契約・トラブル・損害について、当社は一切責任を負いません。
(19) Users should carefully review terms before using external services.
（１９）利用者は、外部サービスを利用する際は各サービスの規約等を事前に確認してください。
Article 8 (Monetization and Affiliate Links)
第８条（収益化およびアフィリエイトリンク）
(1) The Site may include affiliate links related to Aikido services and seminars.
（１）本サイトには、合気道関連のサービスやセミナーに関するアフィリエイトリンクが含まれることがあります。
(2) If users make purchases or reservations through these links, the Company may receive commissions.
（２）利用者がこれらのリンクを通じて購入または予約を行った場合、当社は成果報酬を得る場合があります。
(3) This does not result in additional costs for users.
（３）アフィリエイトリンクの利用により、利用者が追加費用を負担することはありません。
(4) Prices and conditions follow those set by the affiliate partner.
（４）価格や契約条件は、提携先のサービスによって異なりますので、利用者は各リンク先の情報をご確認ください。
Article 9 (Advertisements and Affiliates)
第９条（広告およびアフィリエイト）
(1) Users agree that advertisements may appear on the Site.
（１）利用者は、本サイトに広告が表示されることがあることに同意するものとします。
(2) These may include affiliate links which may generate commissions when used.
（２）一部の広告にはアフィリエイトリンクが含まれており、利用者がそのリンクを通じて購入や予約をした場合、当社に成果報酬が発生することがあります。
(3) No additional cost is incurred by users from affiliate links.
（３）アフィリエイトリンクの利用によって、利用者に追加の費用が発生することはありません。
Article 10 (Prohibition of Rights Transfer)
第１０条（権利義務の譲渡禁止）
(1) Users may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent.
（１）利用者は、当社の書面による事前の承諾なく、本規約に基づく権利または義務を第三者に譲渡してはならないものとします。
(2) The Company may transfer the Services and associated rights to third parties.
（２）当社は、本サービスの全部または一部を第三者に譲渡することができ、その際、利用者情報・権利義務の移転も含まれることがあります。
Article 11 (Severability)
第１１条（分離可能性）
Even if any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, remaining sections remain effective.
本規約の一部が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、その他の条項は引き続き完全に効力を有するものとします。
Article 12 (Contacting the Company)
第１２条（当社への連絡）
User inquiries must be submitted via the designated contact form.
利用者から当社への問い合わせは、本サイト上の所定のフォームまたは当社が指定する方法により行うものとします。
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
第１３条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）
(1) These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
（１）本規約の準拠法は、日本法とします。
(2) Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District or Summary Court.
（２）本規約に関連して生じた紛争については、請求金額に応じて、東京地方裁判所または東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
