Cape Town Aikido is delighted to host Jan Nevelius Shihan for a friendship seminar from 15-17 December 2023 (+ extra classes 19-21 December).

Jan Nevelius Shihan is based at Vanadis Aikido Dojo in Stockholm, Sweden, and has practised Aikido for almost 50 years. His main teachers are Endo Shihan and Tissier Shihan. He has also trained with Osawa Shihan, Yamaguchi Shihan and Hermansson Shihan. His aikido is strongly influenced by qigong and traditional Japanese healing arts.
