“Kokusai Aikido Kenshukai Kobayashi Hirokazu Ryu” (International Academy of Research on Aikido Kobayashi Hirokazu) is glad to announce a seminar directed by André Cognard Shihan 8th Dan, one of the most influential contemporary voices in the international Budo, Soke of the Kobayashi Ryu Aikido at High Wycombe Judo Centre on the 12th and 13th of April 2025.
Everyone is welcome! All styles, all affiliations, and all levels of experience (including youth and instructors). Please bring current insurance and Jo and Bokken.

Pay online or at the door but please book your ticket on Eventbrite. Select 'Pay at the door' at the checkout.
Free car park at the venue.
High Wycombe is about 20 minutes’ drive from London. It has a bus and a train station (a taxi will be required from the station to the venue).
The nearest airports are Heathrow and Luton. Buses and coaches run regularly from each airport to High Wycombe bus and coach stations (the dojo is a short taxi journey from the stations).
It is possible to stay overnight at the dojo (please bring your sleeping bag). Fee: £25 per night (including a breakfast bap and drink in the morning). There are plenty of crash mats, which makes sleeping in the Dojo even more comfortable.
There will be breaks between classes. Water, fruit, and dry fruit will be available during these breaks. Additionally, the dojo's cafe is open throughout the day if you'd like to purchase additional refreshments.
