Join us for an intensive session focusing on Koshi-nage — one of the most dynamic and misunderstood Aikido techniques.
We’ll break down the challenges for both Tori and Uke, explore key body mechanics, and learn how to make the throw effortless through balance and leverage.
🕐 Session 1 (13:00–14:15)
1. Understanding Koshi-nage
2. Entry paths: Ikkyo, Sankyo, Shiho-nage
3. Common issues of Tori and Uke
4. Core bodywork: back carry, front squat, overhead squat (“Superman”)
🕝 Session 2 (14:30–15:30)
1. Gyaku-hanmi Katate-dori Koshi-nage — Step 1 → Step 2 → Completion
2. Ushiro Ryokata-dori Koshi-nage — Step 1 → Step 2 → Completion
👕 Bring: Dogi, towel, snacks & drinks
🎯 Open to: Everyone (no prior Aikido experience required — dogi needed)
💴 Fee: 20,000 KRW
