2. Common mistakes in shihonage

- incorrect grip
- instability of the center line
3. Basic ukemi vs airborne ukemi
4. shihonage drill
Session 2 14:30 - 15:30
1. gyaku-hanmi katate-dori shihonage
2. yokomen-uchi shihonage
3. ushiro ryote-dori shihonage
